ACCIDENTAL DISK FORMATTING is NOT A PROBLEM ANYMORE

Hard drive is the primary storage media for most of
the desktop and laptop PCs. in order to store the data
conveniently and organize them in a better way, the
hard disk space is usually divided into segments
called partitions. The task of dividing the space into
different partitions/ volumes is termed as disk partitioning. Moreover, a disk can be divided into at
most four and at least one primary partition. A
primary partition carries the file system and can
become an extended partition which can be further
divided into secondary partitions or logical partitions.
Different operating systems can be installed at different partitions.

Sometimes, it might happen that the partition gets
accidentally deleted, corrupted or damaged causing
inaccessibility in the system as well as application
software. The system encounters several errors while
accessing corrupted or deleted disk partition. All the
data and information residing in that partition get lost which may further lead to tremendous data loss. The
system may not boot properly or may restart often or
may exhibit some unfamiliar disk error. When you
suspect that the boot sector of your file system is
damaged, you need to check the BIOS setting. The
values in all fields of the BIOS should be valid. There are number of error messages that usually indicate
corruption in the boot sector, some of the messages
are:

Invalid system disk

Disk I/O error

Replace the disk, and then press any key

Non-System disk or disk error

Disk Boot failure

BOOT: Couldn't find NTLDR

Please insert another disk

Consider a scenario, you have created two primary
partitions with Windows and one of the Windows
partition is again sub divided into two logical
partitions. However, when you try to boot Windows
partition up, an error prompts and the drive becomes
inaccessible thereafter. The error messages may come in the form of following statement:

"Sector not found/read error"

There are two primary reasons behind the occurrence
of such error message which are:

Corruption in the partition table of the hard disk.

Any damage to the MFT of the hard disk.

In both the cases, the errors can be resolved by
formatting the drive partition and reinstalling the
operating system. However, the most important thing
is to recover the data which may be lost due to
partition formatting. Moreover, in case of partition
table corruption as well as MFT damage, the repair process is very complex and slightest mistake can
cause whole data loss. Hence, the best possible
solution to this problem is to use Windows recovery software and get the data retrieved back using the mechanism. The commercial Windows software
recovery tool has in-built powerful scanning algorithm
which fetches the partition information first and then
find the partitions to recover them.

The Kernel for Windows data recovery is an
exceptional tool that easily recovers data from
corrupted, deleted and lost disk partitions. It is
possible to retrieve data from accidentally deleted
hard disk or the drive infected by virus infection. It is
capable of collecting data from both FAT and NTFS file partition systems without losing a single bit of
information.
